Rebecca’s role is to ensure the operational compliance and administration of Superior Recruitment Group. This includes maintaining our ISO accreditation, creating and updating our processes and policies, contract management and continuing to drive our company’s vision.
Background
I have spent the last 6 years travelling in both Australia and Canada. During this time I have gained experience in Operations, Administration and Customer service.
I chose Superior due to my admiration for its values, and the position presented the diversity and challenges I was looking for. I wanted to join an organisation that would provide opportunities for personal and professional development whilst making a difference in peoples lives. With a passion for travel and culture, I am thrilled to be part of a global enterprise.
On the weekends you can find me hiking or taking spontaneous trips around Europe. If I am at home, I will most likely be snuggled up with a blanket, my dog and a cuppa.
