If so, we have an exciting internal opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fantastic team here at Alexander Jackson!

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Energy & Power sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within this dynamic industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, both passive and active, to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the Energy & Power recruitment field.
  • Expanding your network within the Energy & Power sector, attending industry events, and leveraging professional connections to identify top talent.
  • Managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and collaborating with clients to fulfill their staffing requirements.
  • Facilitating the interview process, negotiating offers, and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to share knowledge best practices, and contribute to the growth of the division.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in the Energy & Power sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and industry-specific nuances within Energy & Power.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
