Location: Initially, the successful candidate will work from our Sunderland office on a full-time basis until successful completion of probation. Thereafter we offer hybrid working options.

*Please note – Relocation to the USA is not a mandatory requirement.

Salary:Between 30 – 45k basic salary depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday – 9am – 3pm

You will have the option to work Monday – Thursday 11am – 7pm or 12pm – 8pm to accommodate US hours with every FRIDAY OFF!

We want to employ an experienced, ambitious Perm Consultant to join our USA division to develop our business in the US market. Initially you will be based in our Sunderland offices, however within the next 12-18 months we will be looking to send our successful consultants to America to be a part of the office launch. With all relocation expenses covered by Allen Champion Shaw this really is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

With International travel opportunities, premium fees (average minimum fee is 30%) and the best tech in the industry, the sky really is the limit!

If you have a successful track record and thirst for business development and sales then this really is the opportunity for you.

The successful candidate:

Minimum 3 years in a 360 Perm recruitment role
Proven track record of business development/sales
Executive Recruitment experience is desired but not essential
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
