We returned to Aberdeen this week to deliver our HR Huddle for a second time at the OGV Taproom and what a great success it was. This event was our largest yet and the insights shared were invaluable. As always, our goal is to connect HR professionals with recruitment experts to build a stronger workforce together. These events are a win-win for everyone involved – attendees, speakers, and our own team all benefit from the knowledge exchange.
Attendees networked with industry peers, forging meaningful connections. Renowned speakers and industry professionals shared their knowledge on key HR topics, drawing on real-world experience in modern workplaces. From holistic HR to mental health advocacy, the conversations were honest, insightful, and educational.

The HR Huddle offered the best of both worlds: individual speaker presentations with personal and professional insights, followed by an interactive panel discussion. This dynamic format utilised an engaging app, allowing the audience to connect and contribute their thoughts to a live slide. The result? A vibrant and open conversation that included both the speakers and the esteemed attendees.
