Many of our customers haven’t got the resource to do all the onboarding, payroll, contractual and invoicing administration for people they may have recruited for temporary work, so “gift” them to ourselves. Superior then engage with these individuals on a PAYE/Ltd basis and payroll weekly and contract them and process all holiday pay, income tax and NICs

Our team works closely with gifted candidates to ensure that they meet all of the necessary qualifications for the position and that they align with your company culture and values, as well as completing the necessary paperwork and ensuring that the candidate has all of the information, they need to start their new position. We will also provide them with information about your company’s policies and procedures and answer any questions they may have about their new role.

Even when a client gifts a hire to Superior Recruitment Group, we are still responsible for ensuring the candidate is fully prepared to start their new job. This includes ensuring that they know the terms and conditions of their employment and clearly understand their responsibilities and expectations.
