The Client:
We are representing one of the largest and fastest growing Sage Resellers in the UK with a reputation for excellence in providing business critical support services. As a fully accredited Sage Business Gold Partner, they have worked closely with Sage for many years, supplying a range of Software Solutions to business throughout the UK and Internationally.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Support Consultant who will work directly with their Clients, providing first class support and service to their established customer base. Sitting within their Support Team, you will play an important role in providing telephone, remote support alongside technical and operational help with the various packages they supply.
With over 500+ customer sites and a £3+m turnover, this is a chance to be involved within a market-leading reseller and take charge of your own career. Specialising in a number of verticals, in particular the Professional Services Sector, they have established a client base from a broad range of industries using their CRM and ERP solutions.
Working within a very outgoing and family-oriented team, you will need the ability to work in a busy environment. Having excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience in a support role is essential.

Job Specification
Responsibilities will include telephone and remote support of their long established customer base of mainly professional service organisations, along with providing technical and operational help with the various Sage software packages they supply. Where the need arises occasional site visits will be required, therefore a valid driving licence is essential

The Candidate:

  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Good telephone and email skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A good working knowledge of Sage 50 and/or Sage 200 would be advantageous
  • The ability to work well under pressure
