Internal Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a global EPC company, is looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist for their UK office based in Aberdeen.   

Duties will include but are not limited to:-

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Ensure the TUPE of personnel

In order to be considered for this role you must have:-

  • At least 5 years’ experience within recruitment and have strong contacts
  • Good knowledge and experience of sourcing tolls such as jobs boards, Linked In etc.
  • Good knowledge of local recruitment agencies
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
