HR Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a global EPC company, is looking for an experienced HR Specialist for their UK office based in Aberdeen.

Duties will include but are not limited to:-

  • Ensuring the link between HR and Payroll
  • Manage relations with the support of a law firm
  • Ensure HR development e.g. training plans such as mandatory training, skills development and medical examinations
  • Follow up of interviews
  • Establish KPIs and HR reporting

In order to be considered for this role you must have:-

  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge and understanding of employment and payroll legislation and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
